Dheeraj Gorukanti brings a wealth of expertise to the healthcare provider realm, with a multifaceted background in healthcare and pharma. Currently serving as the Managing Director on the Board of Graviti Pharmaceuticals, he has played a pivotal role in steering the company's trajectory from the inception. As the Chief Executive Officer of Yashoda Group, Mr. Dheeraj orchestrated the establishment of a robust system ensuring high-quality care, sound fiscal operations, and cost-effective services. His prior experience at Boston Consulting Group in Washington DC saw him serving clients in Pharma, Retail, and Financial Services. Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, USA, Dheeraj stands as a seasoned leader with a comprehensive skill set.
Thilak Vangala, a seasoned professional with a diverse background and a proven track record. With a foundation in computer science engineering from VIT Vellore and an MBA from IIM Lucknow, Thilak combines technical prowess with strategic acumen. Having honed his skills at prestigious organizations like Mondelēz, Mars International, and Udaan.com, he brings valuable learnings from FMCG, Pharma, and E-commerce domains. Thilak's core competencies lie in marketing, strategy development, and adept people management.

K. Siva Kumar, Product Development Lead, holds a master’s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation and has over a decade of expertise in electronic product design. He played a pivotal role in India's ESDM project and led the design team for India's first Bionic Hand . With extensive experience in the automotive industry, he excels in global collaboration and spans the entire product development lifecycle.
